(More customer reviews)This is absolutely, positively the WORST prosciutto I have ever eaten. It had a spoiled taste combined with a metallic taste. I used only a little over a half pound and couldn't take it any more and threw the rest out. If you are going to eat something that is contrary to your diet, you might as well have something that tastes good. This, unfortunately doesn't fit the bill.
