I had to call the company three of the 6 months to remind them to send out my order as it was late (by over two weeks) each time. The first month they sent a complimentary free bottle of sauce, fair enough. The additional two times they just ignored my request for compensation and sent me a tracking# for the item they finally shipped. Unacceptable customer service! Additionally, this was a gift for someone. You can imagine how embarrassed I was to have to keep contacting the company so that the "gift" got delivered. I will never use this company again. Save yourself the hassle and get your hot sauce via another company.
