(More customer reviews)The main page for this item clearly states that the price is $18.38 plus $24.99 shipping which is bad enough as it is since I've never bought or seen anything with a shipping price costing more than the product itself until I was ready to check out and the shipping rate went up to $58.77. For an item costing less than $20? Is this a joke?
