(More customer reviews)I am very pleased with this cheese. I have used it as a topping and in receipes. It is firm and can be shaved or grated. The flavor is pungent but not too strong. You know you are eating Parmesan cheese! It isn't tasteless
like so many others. I find that it lasts a lot longer than other brands because I don't have to use so much to get the flavor.
