(More customer reviews)Salt is not salt. Fleur de Sel sea salt from Noirmoutier is the best in the world. Expensive, yes. Delicious, yes. It will make almost every dish taste better. Grilled meats become succulent. Watermelon becomes an almost carnal delight. Try it! (Cycling fans will also know that the Tour de France once held a prologue time trial on Noirmoutier).
