We did have a little problem with the item being delivered later than 3 days, but that was due to the shipping partner, and it was immediately resolved (without any interaction by me) to my complete satisfaction by Winsconsinmade's wonderful customer service. We all know problems that are out of our control can occur once an item is shipped, and dealing with a company that does not care can be a big headache. But this company left me very satisfied. I would highly recommend Wisconsinmade.
