(More customer reviews)I was thrilled to discover this stuff. It is the best non-milk-based cocoa mix made with real ingredients (and no added fats to disturb the mouthfeel) I have found. It's great as hot chocolate (made with water or milk, as you prefer), added to coffee, or as a garnish to desserts. I'm sure it would work well in many applications I have not tried. Heartily recommended. Besides the individual serving sachets, this product also comes in large boxes for at-home use.
