(More customer reviews)We haven't opened the jar yet, but the label gives more information than the company's web site does. Water is listed as the first ingredient, then "smoked herring 40%," followed by cuttlefish, salt, potato starch, and other ingredients. It would be useful if the online descriptions were at least as clear as the labels.
