During these summer months, have been picking tomatoes, red peppers, & cucumbers from the garden, and adding the butcher salt, along with a high grade balsamic & light olive oil, takes the salad over the top. Finding this butcher salt has been a delight and such an enhancement to my daily salad - can't imagine not having it on my shelf.
