(More customer reviews)True Story...I ordered the Winter Warmer through Amazon.com. as a birthday gift for a friend at work I wanted it sent next day overnight. Amazon took the order but I wanted to double check with Geoff and Drew to make sure the gift order was received. When I called, I actually was speaking to Drew himself. He personally checked for the order and unfortuantely, they hadn't received it yet. Drew said it sometimes takes a day or two for them to get the order from Amazon. In order to meet my deadline, Drew personally had the order sent that very hour and NEVER ASKED ME TO PAY FIRST. He trusted me that I had placed the order through Amazon and would wait to receive payment. NOW THAT'S OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. My friend received the Winter Warmer Gift on time and just loved it. I can't tell you how impressed I was with this company. Great gifts, great food and outstanding customer service. I'll be buying more gifts from them in the future. Thanks so much Drew!
