(More customer reviews)Although I gave this product a poor rating initially, I'm coming back to provide an improved status due to the immediate feedback and service I was provided after submitting my initial rating.
Not only did I receive an apology but was compensated for the problems with my original order. They also stated that policies and procedures were changed due to my feedback ( hopefully this was not a canned answer! )
In any event, I was pleased with the customer service response.
